Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu Launches ‘Yatri Sewa Diwas 2025’ at Hindon Airport.

On 17th September 2025, Union Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, Ministry of Civil Aviation (MOCA), launched the ‘Yatri Sewa Diwas 2025’ initiative from Hindon Airport in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The Airport Authority of India (AAI) observed the day across all its airports nationwide, focusing on passenger-centric services and community engagement.


      - Airports conducted awareness drives, service improvement campaigns, and free health check-ups, particularly for women travelers, aligning with the Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar (SNSP) Abhiyan to promote health and empowerment.

      - The initiative emphasized key passenger services, including safety, cleanliness, accessibility, health and well-being, digital and smart services, and awareness and education, ensuring an enhanced travel experience.

     

Main Point :-   (i) The celebration extended beyond airports, including blood donation camps, eye check-ups for taxi drivers, and tree plantation drives under the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaign, linking aviation services with social responsibility.

      (ii) AAI observed Yatri Sewa Diwas 2025 across all airports in India, ensuring coordinated efforts in service improvement, passenger education, and community welfare, reflecting a holistic approach to civil aviation service quality.
