Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya Launches ‘MY Bharat’ Mobile App to Empower Youth Engagement and Leadership.

In October 2025, Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, who heads the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MYAS) and the Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoL&E), launched the ‘MY Bharat’ Mobile Application (App) during an event held in New Delhi, Delhi.

      - The app is part of the MY Bharat (Mera Yuva Bharat) platform, an initiative aimed at fostering youth leadership and social engagement under the Department of Youth Affairs (DoYA), MYAS.

      - The MY Bharat Mobile App has been designed and developed by the Digital India Corporation (DIC) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). It represents the government’s effort to digitize youth participation mechanisms and connect India’s young citizens with nation-building opportunities.

      - The app provides users with seamless access to volunteering, internship, mentorship, and learning opportunities, ensuring holistic youth development. It supports Hindi and English languages, with more regional languages expected to be added soon to enhance accessibility across India.

Main Point :-   (i) To ensure rural inclusion, the Common Services Centres (CSCs) have been integrated with the MY Bharat portal, enabling youth from remote areas to register, participate in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2026 Quiz, and explore multiple engagement programs through the app.

      (ii) The MY Bharat App allows youth participation in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2026 Quiz, designed to promote awareness and leadership skills among India’s young generation.

(iii) Since the launch of the MY Bharat platform on October 31, 2023, the initiative has witnessed remarkable growth, engaging over 1.81 crore youth and 1.20 lakh organisations nationwide. The launch of the mobile app in 2025 further strengthens this digital movement by expanding access and interactivity.
