      - The MoU was officially signed on June 1, 2025, in New Delhi during the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Annual General Meeting.

(ii) This strategic collaboration aims to offer customers enhanced global connectivity, a seamless travel experience, and increased value through coordinated loyalty programs.

(iii) The agreement lays the groundwork for deeper cooperation across key commercial areas such as network planning, cargo operations, sales, and frequent flyer initiatives.
